Barbara was great and very helpful. She showed me a few cars I was interested in and had no complaints even though it was over 100 degrees outside. She did not pressure me, which I really respected. Dishonest, they tried to add the alarm protection equipment that was put on the vehicle to the final price, I had to challenge the charges, after I accepted the “advertised” price. When our claims adjuster from State Farm called to make an appointment to come check out the car somebody told him that our car was already fixed and back with the owner. That was incorrect and caused seve an appointment to come check out the car somebody told him that our car was already fixed and back with the owner. That was incorrect and caused several days delay in getting our car looked at. Called and left several messages for Trevor to find out the status of the car and he never called back. And the estimate for repairs was $5000. Got it welded at Marco muffler for under $300. Not sure why you guys waned to charge us $5000 to fix it when all it needed was a weld. We’ve purchased a couple cars there my parents have purchased a couple of cars there we’ve all had our Hondas serviced there. Maybe not anymore. More
