I purchased 2016 RAV4 In 2019 and bought finishing touch paint sealer and interior protection. After 1.5 years car got stains and dirt that it shouldn't have gotten I let Sales manager Todd know he handled paint sealer and interior protection. After 1.5 years car got stains and dirt that it shouldn't have gotten I let Sales manager Todd know he handled quickly he got all stains out had whole car detailed it's like I just bought from Dealership in 2019 out all my experiences I recommend this Dealership and see Todd for all car buying needs he treats his customers like family and this hard to come by I will be back In few years to buy my son a car I won't go anywhere else because I know with Todd at Maita Honda he will back thr car and fix anything that's been promised. Everything was going well until the BS starts with the price. I hate that we were told an approximate price and then hit with $8000 more once we sat down to close the deal.
