Overall received a good deal Originally went to this dealership because the online price I was quoted was amazing. Once I got there and was sitting to do negotiations I was inform Originally went to this dealership because the online price I was quoted was amazing. Once I got there and was sitting to do negotiations I was informed they quoted the wrong car for me and the car they showed me would be more unless I liked this other car and then it would be the price I was quoted. Another issue arose regarding price I was told vs price I was given on paper. After a lot of back and forth and almost leaving, the manager came out and apologized and gave me a phenomenal deal on my warranty and was able to keep my payment where it had to be. The staff was friendly and aside from a few hiccups it was nice to leave with my brand new car with all the things I wanted it to have. My boyfriend is also looking into this dealership to purchase his new car as well. I would return to them also. More

Will drive 124.2 miles for your exceptional service I moved to the Bay Area for work 4 years ago and have not been able to replicate the type of incredible service I have received as a customer of Mait I moved to the Bay Area for work 4 years ago and have not been able to replicate the type of incredible service I have received as a customer of Maita Honda (formerly Carmichael Honda) for over 11 years. I have tried several dealerships around the Peninsula to no avail. Besides everything here in the Bay being ridiculously overpriced, the Honda dealerships here apparently have forgotten the value of good, old fashioned but never-out-of-style, customer service. It is the reason I will brave the 124.2 mile drive from San Carlos to Citrus Heights for the type of quality service I know I can trust that won't cost me my right arm. Sincerely, Loren Magaña More
