Maita Honda did good and bad. My car had been into Maita Honda for service several times in the past 12 to 14 weeks. I have a 2002 Honda Civic LX. 12 weeks ago, my car started maki My car had been into Maita Honda for service several times in the past 12 to 14 weeks. I have a 2002 Honda Civic LX. 12 weeks ago, my car started making a high-pitched whining noise between 2.5 and 3.5 RPMs. This noise occurred whether I was shifting or not driving down the road. I own a car with an automatic transmission. During that time, two technicians identified the same noise I heard. Yet, made a Honda decided to fix other things that were wrong with the car and not address the noise I felt was coming from the transmission. They fixed a cracked exhaust manifold. They also rerouted wires that had to do with my AC compressor and replaced the control panel. Still they never address the whining noise near the transmission at the right side of the motor. James the foreman could not verify the noise, so Maita Honda felt that it was not an issue. I was confused, because two technicians had already verified the noise in the drive along with me. Now my car is at AutoNation Honda at 230 Auto Mall Drive in Roseville California. They are going to replace my transmission under my service agreement. I would have already had this taken care of weeks ago, if Maita would have listen more carefully to what I was saying. I'm angry because I have to pay another hundred dollars towards this repair when I don't feel I should have to pay it at all. If Maita Honda would have just replace my transmission when the two technicians verified that it was making the noise I said it was, I would be saving myself a hundred dollar deductible fee with my service agreement. Because James the foreman could not verify the noise along with other technicians, Maita Honda would not fix my transmission.Now, I have to pay AutoNation Honda 100 extra dollars because Maita did not fix my transmission while it was in their possession under my service agreement. If Maita Honda wants to contact AutoNation Honda at Roseville Automall and pay my $100 deductible, then I will change this review. Other than that, this review will remain permanent unless they change their tune with me. I am disabled, autistic, and have PTSD that is flying through the roof right now. I took a ride with the technician Tim at AutoNation Honda in Roseville. He verified the transmission noise, as did two technicians at Maita Honda. My head hurts. More

They forgot to reset the oil percentage. I booked an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation at 7:30 am on a Saturday. This location is 140 miles away from my home and it took me 2 hours to get there. I use this location when I visit family. When I picked up my car, I was told that everything was completed. I didn't double check when I was at the dealership. With my experience at San Francisco Honda and Burlingame Honda dealerships so far, it was a horrible mistake and I should have known better. I didn't get back in my car to head home until well after the dealership had closed. They didn't reset the oil percentage. I drove home, 140 miles, not knowing if the oil had actually been changed and the tires rotated or not. I booked an appointment at this location to save time and hassle. So much for that. I had to go to Wheel Works in San Francisco first thing on Sunday morning, which was Father's day to find out whether or not they did the work they said they did. Thanks for the hassle guys!!! More
