Great Service First worked with service manager by phone to tell him what my husband wanted done and are other concerns that we knew would be major. Took way too long I went in at opening 7am for a routine oil change and it took over 2 hours. In the mean time I had no update or communication. When I approached the c I went in at opening 7am for a routine oil change and it took over 2 hours. In the mean time I had no update or communication. When I approached the cashier they found the clerk that first setup paperwork was too busy to talk. 25 minute later I finally had my car completed without any compensation or empathy as to how long it took. I left very unhappy knowing I had wasted a good portion of my day off for a service that should’ve taken 20 minutes. More
