Easiest Car Buying Experience EVER I went through the Costco Auto Program; Maita is the authorized Costco dealership in my area and Kevin was assigned to me. He reached out to me quickl I went through the Costco Auto Program; Maita is the authorized Costco dealership in my area and Kevin was assigned to me. He reached out to me quickly - within the hour of me putting in the request for a quote. I confirmed the details of the car I wanted and he was able to provide a quote to me the same day. When I went in to see the car, Kevin was so genuine. I think most dealerships see a woman and they think they can pull one over her but Kevin was NOT like that. He explained things clearly and stopped to make sure I understood. I had a friend helping me on the phone and Kevin was patient as I walked in and out of his office to speak with my friend. Needless to say, I bought the car I wanted. Kevin walked me through all the controls in the car; I hadn't driven a Honda in 10 years so I wasn't sure what had changed. Kevin's awesome and you should go see him if you're looking to buy a car. More

Price charged was higher than the card offed to me via mail. When I arrived I said that I wanted service B-1. I asked how much h that would be and was quoted over $100. I then said I had a coupon for $49.95. I When I arrived I said that I wanted service B-1. I asked how much h that would be and was quoted over $100. I then said I had a coupon for $49.95. I was then informed I would be charged the coupon rate. I didn't realize at the time the maintenance request was for more than the coupon rate. It was more than the coupon amount. I then asked how much for rear brakes that I wanted done in the near future. He quoted over $300, which is higher than other Honda dealerships in the area. I purchased my car from the predecessor of Maita Honda and have come to your dealership for all of my services. I will need to rethink who I want to go to for future needs. I was very disappointed.
