This is my very first Honda and it was a great experience. Barbara was amazing and so helpful through out the whole process. I had been shopping on line and reached out for details. I give Maita Honda 0 stars. They have the WORST customer service ever. Alex was completely rude when I came regarding selling my car back to Honda and there were two other older gentleman in finance area service ever. Alex was completely rude when I came regarding selling my car back to Honda and there were two other older gentleman in finance area that acted like it was a bother I was there. I would think a dealer would jump to buy back my car, especially during these times with car shortages. I only had 38,000 miles on my civic, it sat in my driveway the majority of the year and half I owned it because I stared working from home due to the pandemic. When I got there Alex barely greated me and seemed frustrated, then handed me over to someone in finance to go through the all back process. This person was a complete JERK. My fiance came to pick me up and we can see them through the window staring at us and talking. When we went inside, they were talking loudly about people selling back cars, then saw us then lo opened their voices. How unprofessional! I've never been treated so badly at a dealer. My fiancé and I then took our business to Roseville Kia and bought a 2022 Kia, $50,000 that maita missed out on. I will be sure to tell my family and friends to avoid this place at all costs. By the way, it's been a month and I still have not received my money for selling back my car. The loan company released my title to Honda and they have my car already listed for sale but I have not received my check yet. Do not come to this shady business, the customer service is the worst and the associates are shady. More
