I was very disappointed with the customer service at this dealership. It was non-existent. The day before I purchased the car, I visited the lot and test drove the car I was interested in. The day I purchased my car, we had an appointment at 4pm. We were never even offered a bottle of water during our (my husband and I) 4+ hour visit to purchase the car. There was no haggling the price, not even $1. The market adjustment on the car was $4599.00, thats in addition to the MSRP. The car wasn't ready for us even when we finished up in the finance department, we had to wait until after the dealership closed to drive our car off the lot. Marko G. said he would show us how to use all the options on our car and didn't have the patience to show me anything he just clicked and swiped along, added my phone to the car through bluetooth and that was it. We were also told he would fill up the tank for us. He didn't. We were at the airport the next morning and the car beeped at us that it needed gas. Gas at the airport was $5.329, we paid $58.03 for gas. And if you're wondering why we still bought a car from them even after the terrible customer service- its because it was cheaper than the Toyota I was looking at and I desperately needed a car ASAP. Will I recommend this dealership to anyone else? NO. My daughter needs a new car in the next few months and I have already told her that we are not going to Maita Honda on Greenback Ln. but probably even no Maita Honda, or Maita dealership in general. We have purchased many cars over the years but this is by far the worst experience we have had. We will never be back here to purchase a car. More
