Awesome customer service! 16 months after I had a new engine put in my 04 Yukon my starter went out in a city over 100 miles away. Eben though they hadn't replaced it and there 16 months after I had a new engine put in my 04 Yukon my starter went out in a city over 100 miles away. Eben though they hadn't replaced it and there was no warranty involved the Service Manager Mike saved me. mike offered me a great price to fix my Yukon but I couldn't drive it. The starter gear wasn't returning all the way and was hitting the ring gear. I am at my son's house in San Jose and didn't have the money to have it fixed. The dealership here wanted a lot more than Maita. I was stuck and with no options. So after learning all this Mike called the dealership here and negotiated a price I could afford. Way beyond great customer service! Thank You Mike and thank you Maita Chevrolet! More

My experience with the service staff I am a female who dreads dealing with auto service technicians because I don't know ANYTHING about cars. I always feel like I'm going to be taken adva I am a female who dreads dealing with auto service technicians because I don't know ANYTHING about cars. I always feel like I'm going to be taken advantage of. Five days after purchasing a used Honda from this dealership I noticed a noise and contacted Rich Barbour to complain about it. He asked me to bring it in and it was taken care of in one day. Adam Perriera contacted me to tell me that they had arranged for my rental car to be paid for, even after I agreed to pay for it myself. The noise resulted from loose caliber bolts and they were replaced free of charge. The staff here was very professional and fast. Great experience! More

Excellent Service I think I just might e an awful customer. Excellent dealer. Stellar service. I really felt like something was wrong with my car. Now, I think bad past experiences clouded my judgment. The dealership and management went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the work and completed a second diagnostic due to my concerns. They were respectful, listened, and put in overtime on my car. I am not big on dealerships, but I would definitely recommend this dealer and will probably go back for all check-ups and maintenance work on my vehicle. The only reason I might bypass this dealer is because of my less than patient behavior as a customer, not theirs as a car service location. Even for a customer like me, they went out of their way to ensure my safety and ensure that I actually understood WHY my car acted the way it did, which is rare for some service connected businesses these days. Saw a 2011 Chevy Volt for a great price and couldn't resist buying it. Thanks to everyone at Maita for making it a smooth and painless car buying experience. Especially Derek Rea the sales consultant, he was able to answer all my questions about the Volt and got me a great financing package through Tom. Highly recommend this dealership for vehicle servicing and purchasing. More
