It was ok, could've been better. The person who set up my appointment quoted one date and time and set the appointment for a different time. So instead of a 1.5 hr service time we were there about 3+ hrs. It was hard time reaching our service rep for an update while we were out wasting time while waiting. We were told a car would be to get us once we finally got the return phone call, so we waiting about 10/15mins and no sign of him or call. I called back and was told he was out doing another drop off and then would be to us. I feel this should have been communicated from the beginning at least my wife and I could have not been waiting in the heat thinking the driver was 2 mins out which was how far away driving time from us to dealership. The other issue was I went to get my oil change and they didn't clear the message from my vehicle or give me updated sticker to show when I should come back. Now I have to drive 30+ mins to make another trip there for them to update both items. So overall not horrible but definitely not the best experience I had. More

Oil Change Yesterday experience although it started out very pleasant it soon became an extremely long wait for an oil change. When I arrive Nick was very nice Yesterday experience although it started out very pleasant it soon became an extremely long wait for an oil change. When I arrive Nick was very nice and helpful. I became very displeased when Nick came out to share that there may be something wrong with the power steering but that we would keep an eye on it. Mind you I only have 54,000 miles on the car. After a very long 3 hour wait for an oil change I go to pay and find out the tire rotation was not complete because someone felt I needed all new tires but that was never shared. I did purchase the car with a extended warranty but of course that ran out at 49,000 miles. I am feeling that maybe I should have purchased anew car verses a used car, but I did think I got a deal purchasing a leased car with so few miles on it and a warranty. I understand all cars have the natural wear and tear I just did not expect it 7 months after the purchase. Very disappointed. More
Vehicle Service I brought in my 1989 Corvette for a new battery, replacement of fluids and transmission services. Nick was very courteous and engaging. Saturday 4/21/18 service Svc dept was not fully staffed, line of cars to get checked in. Arrived 15 minutes early for appt scheduled 3 weeks prior, took 1hour 45 min to do a 1 Svc dept was not fully staffed, line of cars to get checked in. Arrived 15 minutes early for appt scheduled 3 weeks prior, took 1hour 45 min to do a 15 min oil change, didnt even take my car in for the first 1.5 hours, then the oil change was done, supposedly. Cars that came in well after my scheduled appt time, left way before i did. First time this has been bad service, i will take my car in one more time hoping this was an off day. Bad service continues, i go elsewhere. More
Great service We took our Equinox in because it was stalling out when slowing/coming to a stop. Alfredo assisted us shortly after we arrived at the service dept. We arrived around mid-afternoon and our vehicle was diagnosed and repaired the same day (with no appointment and within about 2 hours). Right after the shuttle dropped us off at home, we got a call from Alfredo that the car was fixed and ready to be picked up. Great customer service- very prompt and professional. Thanks for the outstanding service! More
