Worst service ever! I dropped my car for an oil change at about 12pm, was told it’ll be ready by the end of day. I waited an hour for a ride home that never happen so I h I dropped my car for an oil change at about 12pm, was told it’ll be ready by the end of day. I waited an hour for a ride home that never happen so I had to find my own ride home. Never received a phone call so at 540pm I called and the guy left Home already, asked the cashier if my car was ready & was told it was ready but they closed at 6. I needed my car so I told her I was on my way, halfway there I received a call from the cashier & said my car won’t start. Why? No idea. I was told there was nothing she can do since there was no one there, not even a manager. She said they tried jumping my car but to no avail. I was already on my way there so I told her I’ll go take a look at it. When I got there a sales guy was parking my car & said he was able to jump it & the first guy that tried didn’t do it correctly. I really don’t understand why I never received a call to let me know that my car was ready. I wonder if the guy knew my car wouldn’t start but didn’t want to deal with it that night so he left. And I really want to know why my car suddenly died after dropping off my car. My car is a 2012 Camero and I’ve never had any issues with it at all. so why why why??? More

Will not be a k Scheduled my oil change two weeks ago, coming from out of state from Nevada.
