I arrived early hoping to be able to add a front wheel alignment and still pick up my car by NO later than 4:30 - had a very important appointment. Not only did my Service Advisor, Alfredo Sandoval arrange and schedule my oil change, and front wheel alignment - he notified me that I really needed all 4 wheels aligned. I appreciated his contacting me in advance and getting it all done with time to spare. More

Satisfactory I have been a Chevrolet owner for approximately five years and I follow my scheduled maintenance as required. Problem On Friday, April 8, 2018, I have been a Chevrolet owner for approximately five years and I follow my scheduled maintenance as required. Problem On Friday, April 8, 2018, my 09 Silverado LS sustained water damage resulting from a faulty above-window brake light. Water traveled from the top of the truck where the brake light is located down along the rear driver-side passenger area up along the front driver-side and puddling underneath the push brake. The underpaid and carpet was soaked. The following day, I took my truck to Maita Chevrolet to assess the problem. I was told what happened is a common and constant problem and there is no recall regarding this issue. I was also told to run water over the brake light to make sure that is where the problem(leak) originated. I ran water over the brake light and water flowed into the water soaked areas once again. Solution Any or all owners who owns a car or truck with this problem should be notified by a simpIe phone call or told on their next scheduled visit to considered replacing the brake light. I sure would have without issue or complaint. Instead, My truck had to sustain costly damage for me to discover I had a faulty brake light above my rear truck window. Maita did very little to accomodate me. I gave a satisfactory rating because the problem was fixed in a timely manner. More
