Unusually bad experience My air conditioning wasn’t working and required removal of the dash. From one day until the next I was told it would be ready the next day. After more than a week with no car I picked it up. Another issue with the air conditioning happened the next week (I was told unrelated). Both repairs totaled around $2700. A week later Water was spraying all over the floor of my car creating a flood. When I brought it back they told me it wasn’t their fault because “someone kicked the hose” from the inside passengers seat (even though no one Rides there). So they fixed it for free but they refused to accept liability and instead of replacing, they simply shampooed the carpet (after I had to call and convince them that vacuuming alone wouldn’t work). They only vacuumed that little area and left the backseat alone. Now here’s the kicker. When the shuttle driver couldn’t find my car in the back, he came up to me and asked my make and model. When I said “Chevy Aveo”, he said “I don’t know what the xxxx that is”. He then proceeded to scold me about my clicker battery was dead and asked me several times to tell him the make or model. Then after 2 or 3 rounds of “Chevy Aveo” he said “Look! Do you want me to get your car or not?” And tried to grab the paperwork out of my hand. At this point I felt unsafe so I asked for the manager while he followed me inside. Luckily the manager seemed like a very nice guy and truly seemed sorry for the end experience. He got my car and I appreciated him saying he would follow up on this. But at this point I already felt used and abused by the whole experience. I think that this experience has not only caused me to stop going there, but to switch to Ford from now on. More

Vincent took excellent care of my concerns and once they diagnosed the problem as a water pump, he arranged for the warranty to cover that expense and a rental car for the duration of the repair. I have always been very happy with the service I receive and that is a major reason I buy my cars at Maita. More

Ihave had allservices done there. the heater core failed at 3500 miles the left rear wheel sealed faile I purchesed silverado 1500 at maita chevrolet. Worst service ever! I dropped my car for an oil change at about 12pm, was told it’ll be ready by the end of day. I waited an hour for a ride home that never happen so I had to find my own ride home. Never received a phone call so at 540pm I called and the guy left Home already, asked the cashier if my car was ready & was told it was ready but they closed at 6. I needed my car so I told her I was on my way, halfway there I received a call from the cashier & said my car won’t start. Why? No idea. I was told there was nothing she can do since there was no one there, not even a manager. She said they tried jumping my car but to no avail. I was already on my way there so I told her I’ll go take a look at it. When I got there a sales guy was parking my car & said he was able to jump it & the first guy that tried didn’t do it correctly. I really don’t understand why I never received a call to let me know that my car was ready. I wonder if the guy knew my car wouldn’t start but didn’t want to deal with it that night so he left. And I really want to know why my car suddenly died after dropping off my car. My car is a 2012 Camero and I’ve never had any issues with it at all. so why why why??? More
