From the estimate of the services to getting a shuttle car to take me home and pick me up as well as getting my car washed whenever I have asked. Alfredo has even met up with me in the lounge to let me know if my car's service was taking a bit long and gave me updates from time to time till my car's service was finally completed.. Overall Service - FAIR Maita Chevy is just ok in my book. I hate to give poor ratings but honestly I believe they try to push services that are not needed. I am be wrong but from my experience they try to sale you service(s) that is otherwise not necessary. I brought my car in because it would not start come to find out it was due to the key fob and needing reprogramming, well in turn the service rep tried to sale me a battery as well when I had learned the day before my battery was in good condition and not in need of replacement. Otherwise the staff is friendly, but I would suggest honest sales over profit! More

LEFT WITH ALL LUG NUTS ON FRONT RIGHT TIRE LOOSE Came in for first routine service (oil change and tire rotation), I left with ALL LUG NUTS on my front right tire LOOSE AND FALLING OFF!!. I was luck Came in for first routine service (oil change and tire rotation), I left with ALL LUG NUTS on my front right tire LOOSE AND FALLING OFF!!. I was lucky enough to have noticed as soon as I got on the surface streets and before I got on the freeway. I got out of the car, hand tightened as best I could and returned very slowly to the service center. Completely unacceptable, irresponsible, lack of safety training, and negligent. If I had not noticed this right away I can't even imagine what could have happened. I don't know how I can trust these guys to do anything on my car after this experience. More
