Fast Quick and Easy as uaual I called in about a couple of issues that had just started Friday afternoon. The transmission on my year old Malibu felt like it was slipping and the I called in about a couple of issues that had just started Friday afternoon. I had the car in bright and early and explained the problems to Vince Valdez, the service writer and left the car. It was reedy for pick up in a few hours and runs fine now. Vince answered my questions about the service and a couple about features too. More

I always get excellent service from Brian Shortridge I have been coming to Maita for 8 years and have always had the best in customer service and always satisfied with anything that I have needed done fo I have been coming to Maita for 8 years and have always had the best in customer service and always satisfied with anything that I have needed done for my Tahoe. Brian is always so kind and thorough. I had a few services done to my Tahoe this time but he had it ready for me to take my boys to their swim class. Not only was my car done on time, Brian was able to have my boys and I shuttled to our swim class and back to get my vehicle. I highly recommend Brian, he is great! More

2+ hours for an oil change My husband recently took in our new truck for an oil change because we received 2 free ones with the purchase of our truck. He had our 2 children in tow as I was assured that the service would only take 1-1.5 hrs and they recommended waiting. They were also sure to send 2 emails and a phone call to confirm asking us to be on time and call if we were going to be late or needed to reschedule. When my husband arrived (on time!) they told him the wait time was closer to 3 hours. They finally completed the oil change and fixed a loose screw on the overhead console 2.5 hours later. He also told me that the service center tech was pretty condescending (I'm not sure of his name). Overall we were pretty annoyed with the experience which is disappointing, as we had such a positive experience when we purchased our truck from them. More

Appointment????? You're joking, right? Had a 9:15 "appointment" for a free oil change. At 10:15 when the car hadn't moved, I left for work. Really???? What's the p You're joking, right?
