Do not complete the work It was a simple factory recall repair. When I picked up the car it was not finished. The dash covers were not properly installed. Large gaps could be It was a simple factory recall repair. When I picked up the car it was not finished. The dash covers were not properly installed. Large gaps could been seen. A mechanic's tool was rolling around in the floor under the paper mat. The sensor to the car alarm was also under the paper mat. The service receipts are n my son's name which I tried to change. But both work receipts are in my son's name? It's a small issue, but should be easily fixed for accurate record keeping. Thanks! More
Disappointing Good news was staff were nice. Took car in for warranty service on electric passenger seat which didn't work. Car returned to me due to dealer n Good news was staff were nice. Took car in for warranty service on electric passenger seat which didn't work. Car returned to me due to dealer needing to order part. The seat broke all the way back which allowed for a passenger to use seat. When returned to me, on Friday before Labor Day weekend, the dealer had put the seat back in place all the way forward. The passenger seat was unusable and I had to cancel a trip with my wife out of town. I got the car back late on a Friday so there was no way to have it fixed in time for weekend. Then took car back in 10 days later when dealer got part. Apparently, another part was needed. I was given a rental. The Malibu smelled like smoke, hadn't been cleaned on inside or out, and even had what looked like a switchblade knife under the seat (looked real, but was a comb in place of a knife). After waiting for 8 days, my car was done. My car had been parked outside and was covered in dirt and bird droppings. The car was returned filthy when I brought it in clean. I have pictures I would be happy to show you. I would appreciate talking to the manager over these areas before I put reviews out. More

Saturday 4/21/18 service Service was great, the only issue I have is some spilled soda down the side of my car while it was there and did not ribse/wipe it off. Tip top service I bought a used car from Miata Chevrolet About 6 minutes ago. Started making funny noises and sounding like the transmission wasn't shifting correct I bought a used car from Miata Chevrolet About 6 minutes ago. Started making funny noises and sounding like the transmission wasn't shifting correctly. So I called them up and they said bring it right in I didn't mean an appointment. So I went and dropped off my car and Within a few days they had a brand new transmission and I had a rental car. It took a Monday to get my transmission put in and I have my car back they were kind courteous and very quickly getting the job done. Thank you More
