Almost missed apptmnt I was late for my apptmnt but Alfredo got me in. I was given a courtesy ride home which really helped. Great Customer Service My wife dropped off our Tahoe for service first thing in the morning. The shuttle they have has a certain time they leave but they made arrangements My wife dropped off our Tahoe for service first thing in the morning. The shuttle they have has a certain time they leave but they made arrangements for an earlier trip to get my wife to work on time. Things like that go a long way. The Tahoe was washed, vacuumed and ready when my wife picked it up. Thank you More

Worst Dealership I have ever had to deal with I am going to request that Maitia Chevrolet not send me anymore coupons, promotions or anything in the mail. I believed they were sending me a courtes I am going to request that Maitia Chevrolet not send me anymore coupons, promotions or anything in the mail. I believed they were sending me a courtesy oil change for free after the xxxxxxxx that we went through last time. NOT THE CASE AT ALL!! They wanted me to pay 59.95 for s oil change, they must have been out their rabbid xxx minds to believe I WaS going to pay them a dime after my last experience. Still can't believe this corrupt dealarship is still in business My best advice for dealing with this place is to be sure to record every phone conversation you have with people because they will try to go back on their word or make you feel like you're crazy and nobody told you what you are claiming happened. Cover your xxx when it comes to this place. Every service advisor is patient to say the least, but they will still try get over on you even in a calm patient voice. Hopefully one day they shut this place down. Oh yeah and once you call them on their xxxx and figure out their game, they see your number calling and they ignore you, or pass you around for somebody else to call you. If I was to tell you what lead to me figuring all this out you wouldn't believe it. But do your homework on this place, they were fined for overcharging warranty work just to get paid. Look it up. decent but some real problems Well it took way too much back-and-forth (three separate calls) to get the appt scheduled and make sure a special order part was in. Then when I got there w/ the truck they still weren't sure if the part was in so Danny had to check. Then when I came to pick up the vehicle they couldn't find the keys or the paperwork. That took about 15mins to resolve. Then they couldn't find the truck. That took another 10mins or so. And then when they finally found the truck and I got in it to drive away, the air conditioner vent was very very loud - like so loud it was overwhelming and you wouldn't be able to have a conversation or listen to music in the vehicle. It was glaringly obvious that something was wrong - likely debris blocking the air duct - and this should have been absolutely obvious to the service techs before returning my truck to me. So then I had to let them take the truck back again to clear out the air duct or vent. We love Maita generally - our other vehicle is a Subaru from Maita Subaru - but we've had way better service experiences at Maita Subaru than at Maita Chevrolet. The people who run the service center at Maita Chevrolet seem like great people. But there's something wrong w/ the overall system and there's a lack of organization and coordination. Maita Chevrolet needs to tighten up its act. More
