Very rude and unfriendly service advisor. First of all service advisor’s tone was very rude and kept my vehicle for 4 days and when we went to pick it up he was acting like as he is doing me a First of all service advisor’s tone was very rude and kept my vehicle for 4 days and when we went to pick it up he was acting like as he is doing me a favor to service my vehicle. Very bad customer service. They didn’t even offer a loaner as they were keeping car for so long, My toyota service dealer gives us a loaner even if car is with them for couple of hours. I was very dispointed by my this visit. I own a business and I know how to treat your customers and have not seen that at this dealership. This service guy was very rude and unfriendly. They need to learn how to talk to the customer in a friendly manner with a smile on face. More

I was told by the cashier she was having computer problems and that I needed to register online with a new rewards program. I informed her I want to use my existing credits on my transaction as well as receive credit for my visit. She informed me I have TWO DAYS to sign up and receive my transactions credit. More

Came home, told my husband what did the service representative told me about my car not having a spare tire. He check my car trunk and they’re it is. I guess the lady I spoke to don’t have any clue what the heck she’s talking about or she’s just not knowledgeable. But overall I got my new tires after 3 days and I am happy that my car is back on the road rolling. More
