I don’t understand why it took 2 hours just to replace oil and rotate tires. Other places like jiffy lube only takes less than 10 minutes. I was disappointed in the fact that I had made an appointment and was told it would still be at least a 2 hour wait. I typically use the Stockton dealership but I was going to be in the area so I mad appointment and was told it would still be at least a 2 hour wait.
