Everything was fine except for the girl who called to confirm my appointment the day before (Monica?). She had the time wrong and the service needed wrong and confused me and almost had me come in at the confirm my appointment the day before (Monica?). I had several confirming texts and emails and a call on top of it to remind me was a bit much.
