Fantastic Experience, Pricing, and Loan Servicing Before I set my sights on a used car at Maita Chevrolet, I had researched Carfax and other auto sites for a (mostly) made-in-the-USA compact vehicle. Before I set my sights on a used car at Maita Chevrolet, I had researched Carfax and other auto sites for a (mostly) made-in-the-USA compact vehicle. I've purchased used vehicles before, but always paid cash. This time, I needed to establish my credit with a loan. I called Maita, and Merv responded. We scheduled an appointment the next day. He also e-mailed additional details, photos, and the Carfax for the vehicle. When we arrived at Maita (a 2.5 hour drive), we were able to connect with Merv right away. Merv is such a friendly, good-natured, and a knowledgeable person! We really enjoyed Merv's company and insights during the purchase processing. He is polite, patient, and dedicated to serving our customer needs. Merv even took us for a test ride in a new electric Chevy Bolt! Kevin came out to us on the lot and asked really good questions to get a better understanding of what I was looking for and he actually did just that and showed me cars that were in my budget and that I would like. With the help of Rich, I was able to get a great car around my budget and they made the whole experience much more pleasurable than I was expecting.
