David Ziemann ROCKS!!! For the first time ever I decided to go to a dealership without my husband and I was terrified for multiple reasons. Anyways, I get there and after wa For the first time ever I decided to go to a dealership without my husband and I was terrified for multiple reasons. Anyways, I get there and after waiting for awhile, (kinda felt like because I was a female no one was coming out to help me because I saw a few salesmen hanging out but none came to ask if i needed help) David finally came out. He apologized for the wait, which I really appreciated. Anyways, long story short, he made me feel very comfortable and didn't make me feel like he was just trying to make a sale and go home. (It was kinda late and a Sunday) he really went above and beyond to help me. Even found me "extra money" without me having to ask. One of the most things I appreciated was his patience with me and how thorough he was when showing me all the features of my new car. He really made it a pleasant experience, which I thought would actually be horrible. I would definitely go back and buy another car from him. But only him. Oh and him helping me while at dealership wasn't it. Even after leaving he has taken the time to follow-up and see how things are going. He made it to where THEY called ME within days to schedule appt to take my car in And appt. Was scheduled to take in within a week.
