I had just decided to put off my purchase for a later time, not knowing I would be swinging by Maita and leaving happy with a great truck!! Gudi made my experience comfortable, was very attentive and had a good sense of humor, Eric did a great job at helping me get to where I needed to be with my contract. It was a no hassle experience and this is why I rate these guys 5 stars! It's just a shame that I have to leave my own town dealership to get great customer service. Thanks again guys and I'm completely satisfied with my truck (so far)! More

Two vehicles purchased in one day First, it was not our intent to obtain two vehicles. My partner had already arranged the purchase of a Silverado and I was simply driving him to pick First, it was not our intent to obtain two vehicles. My partner had already arranged the purchase of a Silverado and I was simply driving him to pick it up, in my 2012 VW Tiguan. On the drive to Elk Grove we happened to pass a Volt and Mark commented on how nice looking it was for an EV car, especially as we do not like the look of the Prius (either historic or current). He casually suggested that we should check out the Volt while at Maita -- without any real intent to purchase. I wasn't unhappy with the VW, except I was sick of the color (silver) and of the black cloth interior, which showed virtually ever dog hair ever shed by Gizmo and Hoover. I said many times that the next vehicle for me would have leather interior, to at least make cleaning simpler. Another plus was that the VW was paid off, with no car payments! Josh was the salesman and while in hindsight there are a couple of things I would have liked to consider, overall we are delighted with our Volt; while it requires attention (making sure it's fully charged, etc.) I am still happy with our decision to let the VW go. Josh was kind, eager to be sure we were satisfied, and while it felt like a marathon (we were at Maita for more than 7 hours), he remained attentive and helpful throughout the process. The only issue I would mention is leasing as opposed to purchase -- I have never leased any other vehicle and it's a bit stressful to feel as though you have to be EXTREMELY cautious at all times to make sure the vehicle is not nicked, no dings, no scratches, etc. Having said that, of course that's not Josh's responsibility! Just an observation for us for the future! Thank you Josh, and thank you Maita! More

Exceptional Customer Service I came to Maita Chevrolet of Elk Grove, to purchase a vehicle. I was unsure of the type of vehicle I was interested in, but I knew that I wanted a fu I came to Maita Chevrolet of Elk Grove, to purchase a vehicle. I was unsure of the type of vehicle I was interested in, but I knew that I wanted a full size sedan. “Kevin” (salesman) assured me that he would place me in a vehicle that would not only suit my interest, but would also be stylish as well. My 2017 Chevy Impala is more than I could have ever expected. Enormous trunk space, plenty of leg room for rear passengers and not to mention built-in WiFi. I couldn’t have asked for a better vehicle and thanks to Kevin, he made it possible. More

Purchase of a brand new truck for ME! Dave was awesome with me. I went in knowing what I wanted (this was going to be Grandma/Nana’s first new truck) on the truck, gave him the list of mu Dave was awesome with me. I went in knowing what I wanted (this was going to be Grandma/Nana’s first new truck) on the truck, gave him the list of must haves and we started wading through the trucks in he lot. Dave mentioned a truck that they had just gotten in- it was in the back- not even out on the lot yet. My daughter, grandson and I went back to take a look and low and behold, Dave nailed it! That was the truck I went home with! It was late in the evening on a Saturday night, but Dave stuck by me until my transaction was complete, and spent time going over most of the functions with me, and stayed with me while I got on-star set up. I think if there was an complaint, it would be that it took 2 1/2 weeks to get my “extras” in and the appointment for Installation scheduled. It’s been 3 weeks today since I bought the truck, and it goes in on Monday for installation. More
