If there is extra work or something they found he calls me to get my authorization before moving forward . I have been to other dealerships in the area and have always felt like my concerns were not heard and I was being talk down to because I am a women. I don't feel that way at your dealership. More

Acceptable; still too salesy It was okay. I knew exactly what car I wanted but I had not driven one before; it would have been nice to have been shown more of the features. I had It was okay. I had to go through 3 salesman before I finished but I guess that's how all dealerships are. I really hope to stick with CarMax in the future to avoid that part. The car (2017) had zero gas in it. I had to drive to straight to the gas station. It also had 3 broken pieces (which they are replacing) and several scuffs to the outside which I got off easily (so they didn't try very hard). More

When the mechanics fixed my first gear transmission problem The mechanics admitted that they had scratched my bumpers when fixing the transmission. Honestly, when I got it home, I didn't notice any scratches! The mechanics admitted that they had scratched my bumpers when fixing the transmission. Honestly, when I got it home, I didn't notice any scratches! They called me back, gave me a free rental car for a week, and fixed the scratches. These items were all free of charge, including the 2018 rental car. Again, another money saving good job from Maita Chevrolet. Nick K. was responsible for setting this process up for me. I love my 2009 Impala and it rides like a new comfort car. Thanks to Nick and Maita! I have saved so much money with the extended warranty Nick advised me to purchase. More

Amazing service Vince is excellent at his job. I was able to drop my vehicle off, and he made sure to go out of his way to fix the problem with my car within a day. H Vince is excellent at his job. He was very friendly and communicated timely updates to let me know what the problem was, and how he was getting it fixed. He was able to negotiate with my warranty to have everything covered, saving me money. The parts were expedited, so that so I could have my car sooner than expected.
