This person immediately said yes and greeted me to her office and my experience thereafter was perfect. Her name is Cruz Coronel. She is outstanding in every way you'd expect. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and curtious. When my car was ready she greeted me again and made sure everything was as I expected with the car and paperwork/billing.
