LEFT WITH ALL LUG NUTS ON FRONT RIGHT TIRE LOOSE Came in for first routine service (oil change and tire rotation), I left with ALL LUG NUTS on my front right tire LOOSE AND FALLING OFF!!. I was luck Came in for first routine service (oil change and tire rotation), I left with ALL LUG NUTS on my front right tire LOOSE AND FALLING OFF!!. I was lucky enough to have noticed as soon as I got on the surface streets and before I got on the freeway. I got out of the car, hand tightened as best I could and returned very slowly to the service center. Completely unacceptable, irresponsible, lack of safety training, and negligent. If I had not noticed this right away I can't even imagine what could have happened. I don't know how I can trust these guys to do anything on my car after this experience. More

Bad battery Had car serviced one day 2 days later car wouldn’t start, when they did the service they are suppose to check battery they checked the connections but Had car serviced one day 2 days later car wouldn’t start, when they did the service they are suppose to check battery they checked the connections but not the voltage of the battery. When I took it back I told them it was a bad battery so they charged me $60.00 to tell me it was a bad battery which I already knew. They had 2 types of batteries the less expensive they were out of so I had to get the more expensive one. I would have done it myself but didn’t know how to get battery out. More
