Thermostat replaced It took a day to get my car part and another day to fix it. It was also very pricey to come there and the taxes was a lot. Appointment????? You're joking, right? Had a 9:15 "appointment" for a free oil change. At 10:15 when the car hadn't moved, I left for work. Really???? What's the p You're joking, right? 2+ hours for an oil change My husband recently took in our new truck for an oil change because we received 2 free ones with the purchase of our truck. He had our 2 children in t My husband recently took in our new truck for an oil change because we received 2 free ones with the purchase of our truck. He had our 2 children in tow as I was assured that the service would only take 1-1.5 hrs and they recommended waiting. They were also sure to send 2 emails and a phone call to confirm asking us to be on time and call if we were going to be late or needed to reschedule. When my husband arrived (on time!) they told him the wait time was closer to 3 hours. They finally completed the oil change and fixed a loose screw on the overhead console 2.5 hours later. He also told me that the service center tech was pretty condescending (I'm not sure of his name). Overall we were pretty annoyed with the experience which is disappointing, as we had such a positive experience when we purchased our truck from them. More

Alfredo Sandoval's Service Was Excellent! I have come a few times without an appointment and have had the pleasure of Alfredo taking me in to assist me in having my 2016 Chevy Malibu Ltd. serv I have come a few times without an appointment and have had the pleasure of Alfredo taking me in to assist me in having my 2016 Chevy Malibu Ltd. serviced and each time, he has given me such excellent service. From the estimate of the services to getting a shuttle car to take me home and pick me up as well as getting my car washed whenever I have asked. Alfredo has even met up with me in the lounge to let me know if my car's service was taking a bit long and gave me updates from time to time till my car's service was finally completed.. All I can say is, "Many thanks to you and well done Alfredo!" More

Overall Service - FAIR Maita Chevy is just ok in my book. I hate to give poor ratings but honestly I believe they try to push services that are not needed. I am be wrong but from my experience they try to sale you service(s) that is otherwise not necessary. I brought my car in because it would not start come to find out it was due to the key fob and needing reprogramming, well in turn the service rep tried to sale me a battery as well when I had learned the day before my battery was in good condition and not in need of replacement. Otherwise the staff is friendly, but I would suggest honest sales over profit! More
