Easy maintenance I got a simple oil change when I attended this service center. When I asked for a time frame I wasn’t given one and then upon calling to see if my veh I got a simple oil change when I attended this service center. When I asked for a time frame I wasn’t given one and then upon calling to see if my vehicle was done they cou tell me due to them changing my name in the system. Once I walked back to the dealer turns out they had finished my car a whole hour and 15 minutes before and they didn’t have the courtesy of giving me a call or anything. Might try and give them one more chance but I’ll see. More

Easiest car buying experience ever! I saw a Maita vehicle on AutoTrader so I inquired. Maita proposed AutoTrader's guaranteed price which I thought was a bit high, so I countered. Josh i I saw a Maita vehicle on AutoTrader so I inquired. Maita proposed AutoTrader's guaranteed price which I thought was a bit high, so I countered. Josh in Internet Sales gave me a flat price over the phone--tax, licensing, etc. I test-drove the car, Josh honored the quoted price, and we closed the deal. No pressure, no hidden costs, and no up-selling tactics. Rich in finance streamlined what can be an exhausting ordeal and made it basically "sign and drive." Within a couple of hours I drove away with exactly the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. Awesome customer service! More

Dreadful Warranty Work We purchased our used 2011 Traverse from a Bay Area dealership in 2015 but since we live in Elk Grove, we frequently use Maita for repairs. Several m We purchased our used 2011 Traverse from a Bay Area dealership in 2015 but since we live in Elk Grove, we frequently use Maita for repairs. Several months after the purchase, our SUV started experiencing significant mechanical issues...thank goodness for the extended warranty. Needless to say, Maita's service department has improved greatly in working with us and the warranty company to perform several repairs on our Traverse. The most recent debacle occurred a few days before the 4th of July holiday. I noticed that the truck was running hot and decided to take it in...water pump install completed ahead of schedule and no hang-ups with the warranty company for payment! We were back on the road to the Napa Valley to enjoy much needed family time the day after the 4th of July Holiday. Thanks Danny for facilitating this dreadful process with such seamless effort.
