Awesome Customer Service I took my car in for a water leak that was coming into the car while going through a car wash. The repair was not covered through my used car warrent I took my car in for a water leak that was coming into the car while going through a car wash. The repair was not covered through my used car warrenty so Vince took his time to contact and write GM a request to cover the charges as this, I felt was an error in the manufacturing of my car. He never tried to trick me into getting into a vehicle I couldn't afford. We shared stories about growing up and our families. I literally drove from Modesto, CA just to meet him. At one point I walked away from a great deal. Instead of never hearing from Chand again, he text me saying he appreciated me coming out and that he enjoyed our conversation.
