This just happened in am...Kept saying SHIFT INTO PARK... And it was already in park!!!!! I took it into Maura and they were on it immediately. Bamboozled I went into the dealership at 1:15pm and did not leave until almost 7pm. I came in the night before and since the Service area was closed I had to com I went into the dealership at 1:15pm and did not leave until almost 7pm. I came in the night before and since the Service area was closed I had to come back. I would not be complaining about the wait, expect for the fact that I saw at least 3 customers who came after me leave with their new cars before me. One of the salesman even came to apologize because his clients were taking a long time in finance. The sales manager added a new alarm system that I did not agree to. When I asked why they were taking my keys (for the third time) he said "he (the guy he gave my keys to) has to put an alarm in your car." I asked how much does that cost and was never told the cost. While in finance (signing all the docs) it was revealed that the cost of the alarm was in my loan. I will be speaking to the GM about this matter because I did not agree (willingly) to receive a new alarm when there was nothing wrong with the manufactured alarm in the car. The OBLY reason I waited so long was because I had to get this taken care of that day. Patience pays and anger cost. Thank God for patience is all I have to say. Oh, I will say that they did wash my car and fill up my tank without me asking (I guess that was he least they could have done after the long wait and bamboozling me). More

I have found a new dealership that I will be going back to when I purchase my next vehicle. I live in Stockton, but will maje the drive to Elk Grove bi-passing my local Chevy dealership to enjoy the quality of customer care I recieved at Miata Chevy! I had racing stripes put my car and the customer service I was hiven from first to last far exceeded all of my needs / wants. Very pleased. More

"Awesome, Lifesavers" Maita Chevrolet really does care about their customers. David Ziemann is the Best!, he came to our home picked us up and took us to the dealership and they even took care of the towing of our trade in. Management put us into a vehicle that we could afford that kept us in budget. This is the second time that we have purchased a vehicle from them and each experience just gets better.
