Exensive, long waits but overall do good work. I have taken my car here on several occasions for oil changes. I always make an appt to make it to easier and to hopefully make it quicker. Even with an appt it always takes around 1-2 hours. This past time I dropped off my car and asked them to let me know when it was done. After 5 hours I came in to check on my car and it was done after an hour but received no call. Overall they do good work just its expensive, has long waits and some miscommunications. More

From disappointed to impressed I brought my car in for an airbag alert that was still covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. Vincent was nice, but it took them 2 days to find I brought my car in for an airbag alert that was still covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. Vincent was nice, but it took them 2 days to find and fix the issue and then when I picked it up the girl at the counter told me I had to pay for the rental car when the advisor had indicated the rental would be covered due to the car still being covered under the bumper to bumper. It was disappointing to get different information at the end. 8/10/18 - Updating my review to reflect that Maita called me and resolved my issue. Vincent was nice and apologetic. They took a lot of effort to correct my disappointment. I am very impressed with the follow up and resolution that Maita took to make me a satisfied customer. I would definitely return to them now.
