I am not sure I will be back to have my car service. I have never had a problem having my car fixed in past with Maita, and I have been coming to Maita for several years. This is the first time I had pr I have never had a problem having my car fixed in past with Maita, and I have been coming to Maita for several years. This is the first time I had problems it took two weeks and a few days after until I got my car back. I was okay at first until I got my car back. The dust cover for my steering column was broken and sitting on the passenger seat and wires were hanging down. The ash tray and cigarette cover left broken. The rear left passenger seat had black grease on it and also on the door panel. The window switch was falling out, bolts missing, glass in the door, and the dust cover to the door handle missing. And they told me my car was ready to take home. I had to get the service manager to look at the mess in my car. I am glad they did finally got the dust cover replaced; however, they lost parts to my car door, and not able to recover. I know my car is old, but it is my car. Please have some respect for my property. Thank you More

Great experience I had gone to about 6 different dealerships over the last couple of months and started to become discouraged. I was shopping around with my brother in law, sister, and fiancé when I made the decision to stop looking for the moment. As we were exiting another dealership, my brother in law pulled into Maita Chevy. As soon as we exited the vehicle, Chand greeted us and asked if he could be of assistance. We asked to see their used inventory and he directed is in that direction. After chatting for a while and letting h know what I was looking for and what my budget was he took us to what is now my new truck. As he was showing us the truck, he was extremely informative and what I enjoyed most was him joking with us and his honesty! He treated us us respect and did an amazing job while we were there. I don't think I would have bought a vehicle that day if it weren't for him. Thank you very much. More

Bad experience I went for a oil change and my glove compartment fell on the car floor by itself. Don't know what it had to do with the oil change. Takes Too Long to Get Anything Done Here My daughter did me a favor a took my Buick in for an oil change. We had an appointment. It took 1.5 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Then My daughter did me a favor a took my Buick in for an oil change. We had an appointment. It took 1.5 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Then they found a nail in a tire. It took and additional 1.5 hours to fix that. THEN they didn't let her know it was done for another 30 minutes. So 3.5 hours at a dealership shop for work that would take about 30 minutes total at an oil change or tire shop...And the extra half hour wait? Shoot, three hours in there? She should have been family by then instead of being ignored for an extra 30 minutes. It didn't take me that long to buy the car! I live in town and I like to buy locally but if this is the service situation here I'll probably shop elsewhere. More
