They did their job My email reminder said that my first oil change and tire rotation would take about 1.5 hours. The paper they gave me when I got there said 1.5 hours! I waited patiently for 3 hours and finally I went to girls to see if they forgot me. About that time the keys came in and the girls said it would be a few more minutes for the paper work! Do not complete the work It was a simple factory recall repair. When I picked up the car it was not finished. The dash covers were not properly installed. A mechanic's tool was rolling around in the floor under the paper mat. The sensor to the car alarm was also under the paper mat. The service receipts are n my son's name which I tried to change. But both work receipts are in my son's name? It's a small issue, but should be easily fixed for accurate record keeping. Thanks! More
