This dealership has no INTEGRITY and lacks honesty. I was working with Diane Ourk, on purchasing a 2021 Toyota Tundra we finalized the documentation for purchase. She said she would get back to me. I contacted Diane told and she told me the truck is now sold. She said someone else sold the truck as if all sales representatives don’t work in the same building. This was after my application was finalized. Avoid this place!! Horrible service!!! More

He was very up front about the kinds of incentives available which saved us money. Also he has stayed in touch to see how things are going with our EV, which makes us feel valued. There were, however, issues with up-selling of various products and services, which I had been warned about in various blogs. This ended up overshadowing the actual price of the vehicle which we had agreed on before going to the dealership. Having never bought a new car before, these became the source of aggravation, confusion, and misunderstanding for us. There is no way for a customer to make an informed decision about these various add-ons sitting in the finance office with so many documents to sign. Once we had a chance to think about and research these, we ended up going back a few days later to re-negotiate and in some cases cancel certain add-ons. Ultimately this brought the price of the vehicle close to what we had originally expected. This whole process is probably no different from any other dealership, and we don't believe Maita was trying to take advantage of us, but for us it was too overwhelming to leave us feeling positive about this aspect of our purchasing experience. If we ever buy a new car again or work with a dealer, we're going to insist that we have a day to review the full contract before signing. More
