Great service! Just purchased a used truck at Mainer Ford. I live just outside of San Antonio and did not have the time to make a trip to OK but Mark Davis went out Just purchased a used truck at Mainer Ford. I live just outside of San Antonio and did not have the time to make a trip to OK but Mark Davis went out of his way to show me the vehicle via pictures so there would be no surprises. He also test drove the vehicle for me and described the driving experience. Since I am from out of state, there was a little bit of confusion with paperwork between my bank and the dealership but the guys at the dealership didn't give up and as soon as the paperwork was in place, they shipped my truck to me the very same day my bank delivered the check. Very happy with the truck and with the service!! More

I sadly bought a used car from this dealership abo DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. This is not a trustworthy dealership to buy a used car. I sadly bought a used car from this dealership about 8 months ago. When I originally drove to this dealership to look at the car it was unfortunately very disappointing, the car had not been properly checked before putting it up for sale, when I started the car up it was smoking, and smelled like something was on fire, eventually they diagnosed the issue to be a leaky valve cover gasket. So I decided to go ahead and purchase this car on the condition that the valve cover gasket was replaced, after a few days they call me back to tell me the valve cover gasket was fixed and that the car is ready to be picked up, and everything was perfect until 6 months down the road. After owning the car for 6 months it was time to get an oil change and to my surprise the mechanic came back to tell me my valve cover gasket was leaking, so I call this dealership and they basically tell me that they will not back the work they claim they did and I am S.O.L. It seems a little fishy to me that a valve cover gasket replaced 6 months ago is already leaking??? More

From the moment we reached out to them looking for our new truck our salesman John Brown continually went above and beyond to assist us. We were very specific on what we wanted in our new truck and he attentively listened and found us the perfect truck to meet all of our needs within our price point. He also got us a fair price for our trade-in. John ensured a smooth and quick process for us by having everything written up and completed prior to our arrival. John also went above and beyond with us by hashing out the details of our deal well past his normal working hours and then even answered a few questions we had on his day off without any hesitation. In addition to John, the entire staff at the dealship went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and treated us like family from the moment we drove on to the lot. There was no high pressure sales, and we were told of all other options we could add, but never felt pressure to buy anything we felt we didnt need. The dealership was clean and comfortable and everyone in there was very kind to us. They even gave our toddler a toy to entertain her while we finalized all of our paperwork. We will continue to use Mainer Ford and John Brown for all of our vehicle needs and we would strongly encourage everyone else to do the same. They have a customer for life with us!!! More
