Best experience we've ever had My wife and I were looking for a truck, and as the case with most people, we had a specific budget and monthly payment requirement that had to be met. My wife and I were looking for a truck, and as the case with most people, we had a specific budget and monthly payment requirement that had to be met. Not having shopped for a vehicle for quite some time, we were surprised at the prices for new and used vehicles, and somewhat disappointed. Despite our frustrations, Con, Fred, and T. J. assured us they would "do all they can" to help us find a vehicle. After test driving a few trucks, we were unable to afford the trucks we wanted. Undaunted by this fact, all three gentlemen began contacting finance companies, adjusting prices, and researching any possible measure to ensure we were able to purchase a truck. Ultimately, we purchased a great truck, at a HUGE savings, at a monthly payment we could afford. Throughout the entire process, Con, Fred, and T. J. worked as diligently as possible, were reassuring, and did all they could to ensure we didn't leave without being satisfied. Words could not express our gratitude! I am 100 percent confident they will will be there for us after the sale, the same way they were there during the sale. In addition they attempt to use some very underhanded sales tactics, if you are not paying attention you could end up with extra costs such as adding money to the purchase price then trying to convince you they upped your trade in value!!! I specifically would not deal with Mitch O'Brien or the big man "Con" himself! It becomes very apparent after a very short time that they don't consider every sale important or a potential future sale. I am disgusted with lack of response to immediate concerns. As a matter of fact I never confirmed a potential purchase and am STILL waiting for a return call or email! ( 1 week later) I have since purchased from another dealership who will get me return business as well! STAY CLEAR OF THE MAHONEY BOLOGNY!!! More
