Their Cruze has all the latest technology, including back-up camera, bluetooth, Sirius XM, OnStar, etc. I was glad Chris took the time to go over all these high-tech features with my parents so they would be comfortable with everything before they left. Chris helped my dad get his military discount as he is a veteran. My parents were very happy with their car-buying experience. I've definitely bought a few cars, and I can tell you this dealership has it together. Very efficient, very professional. Lean and well-managed. Tons of cars, too. Volume. Sold an uninspected damaged vehicle with 9,000 miles I bought a car with 9,000 miles and when it was taken in for service we were informed that the car had been damaged in the front end and that it had I bought a car with 9,000 miles and when it was taken in for service we were informed that the car had been damaged in the front end and that it had three mismatch tires. The two back tires were bald. They wanted us to file an insurance claim. I refuse to do so because I know that I did not damage the car. When asked for the inspection of the vehicle they could not provide us one but gave us a service invoice from the company that they bought the car from . That is when we found out that the car tires were replaced prior to our purchase. We had tried to resolve this issue with Maher but they have been very uncooperative and the service has been horrendous. My car still sits on their lot. I would never ever do business with them again. More

My first review of them was horrible due to one of the service advisers being rude when I called in and the fact that I explained to my service adviser that there was a weapon in the truck and he left my windows down with the keys in the ignition after being told. Upon completion of my review my service adviser Mike Olski called me and requested that I come back to the dealership so they could make their wrong right. My initial complaint was that the drivers side rear window would intermittently work. When I received the truck back I was only a block down the road from the dealership and the same thing happened. Upon arrival to my 0700 appointment I was greeted by Mike, at that point no problem. When I showed Mike exactly what was happening to my window we went back inside so he could properly document it on the computer. At that time he said "ohhhh I see," and proceeded to show me the problem. Originally the first time I took it to them he had reported that it was the passenger side rear window. That being said...I normally work on my own vehicles however I will take advantage of any type of warranty and I definitely know what side of my vehicle is driver side and passenger side. Continuing with how the conversation went, he stated that the warranty deductible would be billed to me for one hundred dollars! Normally I would not have a problem paying for a deductible, I have absolutely no quarrels with that. Consider that not only did I pay for the other side to be worked on/checked out they did NOT tell me there was no problem found they actually replaced the window switch on that side of the vehicle when there was never an issue to begin with. Now I am told they are going to bill me for a mistake that I did not make? NO I will not give that dealership a dime of my money nor will I ever take my vehicle there again under any circumstances! Lies, Misrepresentation of vehicle. Must say after reading reviews of Maher Chevrolet I was hopeful that when i found a car listed online that I thought was perfect for me that I would h Must say after reading reviews of Maher Chevrolet I was hopeful that when i found a car listed online that I thought was perfect for me that I would have a good experience with them. Unfortunately that was not the case. Showed up to look at a 200 Lexus GS400 they advertised for a little under $8000. It was advertised as an outstanding vehicle and for the price it should be. Upon arrival though it was apparent the vehicle was not accurately described in its online posting. The paint was faded, the wheels were in bad shape the back bumper had damage, the check engine light was on, and the traction control was off and would not engage. After pointing these issues out to the sales rep I was informed that he was sure most if not all of them would be fixed. I told him i would think about it and let him know my decision in a day or two. A few days later my wife did another search online for the same make/model car and saw the exact same car listed at the same dealership for almost $10,000. Given that we had just been there 2 days ago and my wife called at my request while i was at work to try and work out a better price. After talking back and forth with a sales rep and having a price we were comfortable with she drove the 20-25 minute 1 way trip to put a deposit down to hold the car until i was off work and available to go finish the paperwork and bring the balance of the money. When she arrived she was met with a rude manager who refused to honor the phone agreement and informed her that the price was for the vehicle as it sits with no repairs done and would not budge on that. My wife and I have had a lot of experience buying cars in our lives and I must say this is absolutely the worst experience i have ever had in attempting to spend what for my family is a fairly substantial amount of money More
disrespectful and false promises I had an appointment @ 8am for a free recall repair and also to repair my air conditioner. I told my service writter that I would really like the car I had an appointment @ 8am for a free recall repair and also to repair my air conditioner. I told my service writter that I would really like the car back by 2pm as my son needed it for work, he told me that it cold take longer for the air and that the recall key was only a few mins. but they had loaner cars and not to worry. They called me at 11:30am to quote me the $1200 repair fee and I OK'd it...(though seemed high). At 3pm they called to say the car was done and asked if I would like a free car wash and vacuum, I said, "sure", I also reminded him that I would need a ride to pick up car, he said, "No problem the driver will be calling you shortly". By 6pm still no call so I called them. The sad sounding person that answerd passed me on to the recorded press 1 for....press2 for...etc.. I hung up called again and told her AGAIN that I wanted my car, she informed me that it had been washed.....I don't care I just want my car...."We close at 6:30"...But if you pay over the phone the repair cost of $1187.00 we can leave it outside so you can pick up"...(I wonder where the keys would be..LOL) So 3pm car done, now I have to wait until tomorrow for a car that was ready at 3pm. (and no loaner as stated by service writter) So done with Maher!!! I have bought ALL my trucks and cars from them since 1999 and getting ready to buy another....never had issues like this...I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER CAR OR HAVE THEM SERVICE ANY MORE OF MY VEHICLES. This experience has been awful!! More
