I waited outside the bay doors for over 20 minutes after blowing horn as directed. All the while staff is walking around inside. I finally went inside to check in for the appointment. I’ve been waiting to hear from mgmt about a few recalls on my 2022 Tundra and I have a bumper to bumper warranty looking to hear something about my rear window trim nothing yet… smh I guess since I didn’t on my 2022 Tundra and I have a bumper to bumper warranty looking to hear something about my rear window trim nothing yet… smh I guess since I didn’t purchase it from there I don’t matter. I’m and family members are loyal Toyota owners. Have had service’s done at different Toyota dealerships in two different states and always had a follow up call. Since I haven’t heard from Maguire I’ll be calling the corporate office and hopefully I can get some results. More
