Christian is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and empathetic! I feel lucky to have had Ali as my mechanic because he is meticulous and knows Toyotas like the back of his hand. These two are stellar empathetic! I feel lucky to have had Ali as my mechanic because he is meticulous and knows Toyotas like the back of his hand. These two are stellar employees and Maguire is lucky to have them. I hope you pay them very well! My only problem with the dealership is one of the guys in the “front room” gave me a ridiculously low quote for my car ($500). Even the CARFAX quote sent to me on a monthly basis is much higher. I have a 6-cylinder 2007 RAV 4 with 217,000+ miles on it, but it has practically been rebuilt! I spent thousands of $$$ having it repaired. P.S. I love Christian! Give him a raise! (Please note: I never responded to requests for reviews before because you had to do it on Facebook. I am not on Facebook and am glad you changed this!) More

I wanted to buy a car online because I was having mobility issues and I have a weakened immune system. Being in small stuffy places and with people and no air circulation is not what I wanted. As it mobility issues and I have a weakened immune system. Being in small stuffy places and with people and no air circulation is not what I wanted. As it turned out I sat at the dealership all day, with my mom and dog sitting in the car with it running because it was so hot outside. I was told I only needed to sign a few papers and it would be 20 minutes.. but by the time I left I was so worn out and in so much pain that I couldn’t think, I just wanted to be home. I never wanted a Toyota or a lease in fact I knew exactly what I wanted which was the 2019 Lincoln they had. My trade in was worth $12 - $15,000 according to KBB. BUT sadly unknown to me they only gave me 8,000 I was given the impression that they was giving me 12,000 didn’t learn the truth until 4 months later when I was trying to sell the lease back to them. I still haven’t seen the paper work on this. I was told it’s in the glove box which takes me back to the reason I was over there to start with- to buy that 2019 Lincoln. Everything just turned out to be one big mess that cost me a lot of out of pocket money which includes me paying off a $5,000 debt I had because I thought it would help my credit. From the first time I seen that Highlander I told my salesman no way. I did not like anything about it. At that point he said the price is where you want it and you can always trade it back on something else. Not a good answer but I just rolled with it all. I know what I want, but what I needed is someone to hear me and not worry about his friends outside or his text messages! I made so many mistakes with this deal but most of it was because I put all my trust into Toyota to listen to what I wanted and helping me to get there. I wasn’t thinking clearly enough to make the right choice and this is where a smart salesman would have been much needed. Thinking back I should have taken the $5,000 and put it right down on the Lincoln I wanted and I would have been happy. I ended up with a bad cold and spent the next 3 months in bed. Said bye bye to my summer! That’s from sitting in a tiny stuffy office with no widows and a staff member walked in with a really bad cold shaking hands with Tom and changing paperwork and pens and… ugh.. I feel sick just thinking about it. I hate to say it but I’ve never had a worse experience buying a car from any place. I’m used to nice offices with glass walls over looking the show room floor. And polite people that just don’t come walking in while your signing the final paperwork. No wonder I was such a confused mess. Well I have to say on the other side there’s Fuccillo’s Chevrolet and the salesman there Robert Fadeley was a wonderful person, he listened to me and understood what I wanted and was very helpful.. just the Lincoln I wanted was on the Toyota side. At any rate I learned a lot through it all and know not to be so trusting next time! This ordeal still feels like it just happened yesterday. I’ll be glad when this feeling is behind me. Sorry I couldn’t leave a better review. More
