I went in for routine service work which should include an oil change and tire rotation and they never rotated my tires. I had a screw in one of them and asked if they could fix it with my warranty and the an oil change and tire rotation and they never rotated my tires. I had a screw in one of them and asked if they could fix it with my warranty and they said they were not able to pull that up on their computer since I bought the warranty from another dealership—completely understandable. When I got home, the screw was in the same tire so I called back and asked if they had rotated my tires. They said they had, which clearly they did not. I called the store that day to speak to the GM and left a voicemail. I never received a call back. More
