Purchases a 2019 car in 2022 which was pre-certified used. Went in for 2023 inspection and was told it wouldn’t pass inspection because the windows were tinted. And was told it was too late for the complimentary wash. Customer service attitude needs improvement. Plus salesman who sold me the car was not helpful even though the car was one week out of the one year warranty. They did remove the tinting for free so the car would pass inspection. More

Based on my experience at this dealership for the 1st time I received a discount that help me save and Bob the service adviser was nice.. Brought my one year old Elantra in for a complementary oil change and inspection. Staffs was friendly and job was done quick. With inspections I’ve had issues with other dealerships making things up like oil change and inspection. Staffs was friendly and job was done quick.
