Purchases a 2019 car in 2022 which was pre-certified used. Went in for 2023 inspection and was told it wouldn’t pass inspection because the windows were tinted. Was told they couldn’t confirm that’s how I bought it basically calling me a liar. Plus had a whole break job after only putting on @3000 miles in one year that cost me @$1500. And was told it was too late for the complimentary wash. Customer service attitude needs improvement. Plus salesman who sold me the car was not helpful even though the car was one week out of the one year warranty. They did remove the tinting for free so the car would pass inspection. More

Based on my experience at this dealership for the 1st time I received a discount that help me save and Bob the service adviser was nice.. I was not as happy with the mechanic saying my calipers are sti time I received a discount that help me save and Bob the service adviser was nice.. I was not as happy with the mechanic saying my calipers are sticking that wasn't true after getting them checked by another mechanic. Also the mechanic forgot to put back my rotor screw after the work was completed and that I was also not happy with. The work done so far its good. More
Brought my one year old Elantra in for a complementary oil change and inspection. Staffs was friendly and job was done quick. With inspections I’ve had issues with other dealerships making things up like oil change and inspection. Staffs was friendly and job was done quick. With inspections I’ve had issues with other dealerships making things up like “your license plate bulb is out” then trying to charge extra labor and parts for a $5 bulb. Will continue to bring my vehicle here. More
Service has been very good. When we had a problem, they made sure that we were not inconvenienced by the time it would take to repair our car by providing a loaner. Communicayion to guests could be improved. Had scheduled appointment. Took almost 2 hours for oil change/tire rotation. Personally went to check on status of service to find out is was ready.
