I feel 2 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation is a bit long for having an 8:30am appointment. Plus they only give you a receipt of what they did. I bought a used Kia I specifically asked whether the ignition had been upgraded or fixed as these vehicles are subject to theft. A manager told me yes. When I did some research I questioned whether thi ignition had been upgraded or fixed as these vehicles are subject to theft. A manager told me yes. When I did some research I questioned whether this was true. Went back the next day - talked to a manager who didn’t have a clue. Said he would find out. He never called me. I finally went to Kia and was told there was 3 open recalls including an ignition fix. Dealer didn’t have a clue. More

3 1/2 hours waiting for oil change, tire plug and new tire to be put on when I had an appointment. I kept being told about 10 more minutes. It was a disaster.
