Took over a month to replace a key and diagnose a wheel bearing issue. Customer service wasn’t great and I got a cheaper deal replacing the wheel bearing somewhere else. Also called a leprechaun by someone in sales as I was walking by for no reason. All I know it was a white male. If I knew exactly who I’d point it out. Very unprofessional overall. Especially for a Hyundai dealership. More

Car sale was fine, the follow up process was terrible. My wife bought a new car, but she had to go back to the dealership 3 separate times to sign and re-sign paperwork that was incorrect on the deale My wife bought a new car, but she had to go back to the dealership 3 separate times to sign and re-sign paperwork that was incorrect on the dealership's part. After not hearing from them for over a month, she followed up and then found that her loan paperwork was still not properly submitted. Since all that time had passed, they recommended she pay her first payment to them via check to submit to the bank to apply to her first payment. The check paid to the dealership was not applied to her loan account. My wife had to pay her first payment again online so as to not be late and the dealership said they'd send her a check back. There were mix ups with her address, even though she pointed it out and they insisted it would be fine. She has still not received any paperwork by mail - including her registration which she had to pay to order another copy from the DMV when the temporary registration expired. The apologies were minimal, and the follow up fell more so on my wife than the dealership. Do not recommend unless you want to put in a lot of extra work that you don't need to. The bad practices of Fucillo haven't been cleansed despite a name change. More
