Jerrod is awesome in used car service! We had a problem with all 4 tires being low. He took the car in right away. He was attentive and responded to my phone calls quickly. What really irritated me about this dealer is that they called me and tried to get me into a lease 6 months early claiming they would take care of th What really irritated me about this dealer is that they called me and tried to get me into a lease 6 months early claiming they would take care of the rest of my lease payments and the disposition fee. When I went in they gave me a quote 64 dollars higher than my last lease which just so happened to equate to the remaining payments left on my current lease plus the disposition fee spread over 3 years. Coincidence? I think not. I was told the reason for the increase was due to inflation because everything gets more expensive every year. Sure buddy. Ignore the fact that the increase is almost to the dollar my remaining lease payments, and disposition fee. If you had used honesty instead of shady sales tactics, you could’ve kept a customer. Now, your sales person and business looks like a bunch of liars. Word-of-mouth is powerful. So is the same poor review spread over as many review sites as possible. Good luck. Do better. More
