I should have read the reviews before going to this place. I went in for a hood recall on my Ridgeline, went there just because it's the nearest, I got it from another dealer with a Honda Pre-Owned Cer place. I went in for a hood recall on my Ridgeline, went there just because it's the nearest, I got it from another dealer with a Honda Pre-Owned Certification about 2 weeks ago. I love the truck! In that 2 week, I have been busy getting to know all the buttons and the technology that came with it. So...I was WELL AWARE that everything works perfectly on my truck! After the recall job THEY did...remote start stopped working! Suddenly one of my power window and the moon roof stopped working! Now they want me to pay $365 to fix the problems...PROBLEMS I GOT RIGHT AFTER THEY TOUCH MY TRUCK! How is that fair? The lady just explained "well we didn't touch your doors just the hood"...so they expect me to accept that from the time they released the truck up until I discovered the problems (about 5 hours pass since I went straight to my work) I somehow manage to cause all the malfunctions and broke my power window,moon roof and remote start while driving it back. WOW! I did filed a formal complaint to Honda, next I will contact BBB or the Consumer Protection Agency in NY. My advice....whatever it is....JUST STAY AWAY from MAGUIRE! Go find another dealer you may have to drive a little bit farther, but at least you will not be treated as such. More
Jeff Philips was fantastic. His professionalism was high and he was straightforward and easy to work with compared to other local centers. First we went to the Toyota dealer and they paired us with a 20-something sales kid who didn't know much about the cars or the process, and didn't make us feel welcome. Then we stopped by Jeff's spot and he helped us immediately, listened to our needs, gave us all the space we needed to decide, didn't pressure us, and helped us close the deal while making us feel comfortable with our decision. He's great. We highly recommend him. I only wish he worked at a Toyota center! More

I found where they made back their money on my deal I recently purchased a brand new 2015 CR-V. The negotiations went smooth, and the price on both my trade in and the lowered price in the new car were I recently purchased a brand new 2015 CR-V. The negotiations went smooth, and the price on both my trade in and the lowered price in the new car were right in line. However, due to the mileage I drive, I wanted the extended warrantee. It was all rolled into the purchase and I left feeling good. When the documentation in the contract arrived it was sold at double the price of what other Honda dealers were selling it at. I confronted them but they were unapologetic and rude. I cancelled the contract with them and will seek to repurchase elsewhere. It's a shame really. Over a few hundred bucks they lost my business for service, future sales, and word of mouth. Buyer beware... More
