Bought a used truck from the Nissan location on a Friday, battery died overnight. Jumped it, Saturday morning, then again Sunday morning. Called Monday morning to get it in, they couldn’t get it in till Wednesday… I would think when someone buys a vehicle from your establishment, you might want to make it a priority that it starts. I dropped it off Tuesday night, asked for a loaner car since I had work in the morning and I work out of time. Well, no loaner vehicle available. So my brand new (to me) vehicle was in the shop and I don’t get a loaner to go to work. Luckily I could and did work from home that day, otherwise I would have raised a little more xxxx. It’s kind of ridiculous, a vehicle needs to start, and if it doesn’t, you should make it right. In this case making it right is giving a loaner car to the person who spent $35k 2 days earlier and now has a vehicle he has to jump start every morning. On the plus side, you guys did an electrical test and put a new battery in it for no charge and it was ready about 9:45 the following morning. The truck is great, love everything about it. Just think this situation could have been handled better, I would consider the whole experience as mediocre customer service. More
Repair took an extended amount of time due to multiple wrong parts being ordered. The wrong parts were due a supply chain issue but I found the lack of coherent communication about this problem to be frus wrong parts being ordered. Unorganized. Wait for hours, deal with 3 different techs that don't talk to each other, they make guesses, still leave with broken vehicle. Gave service reps specific things to check, they ignored. They parked my brand new 70000 dollar truck so close to vehicles I could barely get into it. Kept assigning me new techs that had no idea the issue or how long I was there. I left to a different dealership that seems to care more. More
