UNFAIR, TOTAL RIP OFF, NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMERS BUDGET I was not told that diagnostics costs $120.00/hour when I dropped my car off to be looked at. It would have been helpful to know that up front. Had I known in the beginning I would have had only the important issues addressed, Because no one checked to see if my warranty was active until AFTER the diagnostics went through my whole car I got stuck with an unexpected bill over $500. I had to take that money out of my rent and grocery money for the week. I understand that you need to make money too, but as I said had they checked and told me my warranty was expired and that I would be paying $120.00/hr out of pocket I would have proceeded very differently. Even though I addressed these concerns, no attempt was made to negotiate the total I paid for the diagnostics. Nothing was even repaired on my vehicle!! All you did was look at the door and plug it in to the computer and allegedly that took 4 hours of diagnostic time. Totaling $518.00. I will tell everyone I know not to come to Maguire and will share this terrible experience on Facebook to warn other people. It would be nice if someone offered me at least a partial refund on this insane cost! Someone pleases call or email me with information on who i can contact at Maguire to contest this outrageous bill. I would like to say that Christina Brotherton in service was awesome. She was very pleasant and helpful, but as I stated above, she should have checked to make sure my warranty was valid and warned me that if I chose to proceed I would be billed such an outrageous amount before having them work for "4 hours" on my car. More
Broken Rear Hatch I have a lease with this company. And the Hatch stopped working (will not open), but says it's open. So the safety and security is why I rushed it in. Once there, mechanic said it was a corrosion issue. It had a broken wire too. The only option they had was to place a whole new hatch $1900 dollars worth. I declined. - -Now I have to fix it my self. It just needs to be repined. -Wonderful service desk, but the Nissan mechanics are not being allowed to fix things. I know he could have repined it, if given the time. (Sales guy Pablo, very nice, just didn't know about a lease) More

Always been satisfied with service at McGuire Ford, however my last visit I brought my car in at 8 AM and it was never taken in to the shop until approximately 2PM. I spent the entire day downtown waiting for my car to be done. It wasn’t ready until 5:00, or shortly after. I have been happy doing business with McGuire Ford and would like to continue, but would like to have somewhat quicker service. More

Dissapointed. I purchase my vehicle through Maguire and Dissapointed. I purchase my vehicle through Maguire and when I came to the garage to find out why my brand new car was having break problems I was c Dissapointed. I purchase my vehicle through Maguire and when I came to the garage to find out why my brand new car was having break problems I was charged $39.99 to be told I needed roughly $500 new brakes. Also despite still being under manufacture warrantee, I was liable. I wont be purchasing another car because to me, there is 0 benefit of doing so. The free car wash in the pouring rain felt like a sugar coating. I purchased the parts and replaced my breaks and rotars by myself for less than $200. A 2018 vehicle with less than 10k miles on it and it needed new breaks and rotars and the service team did nothing for me except charge me for a brake inspection that I could have gotten done in my town for less money. I thought there would be a benefit to being a customer that bought a car when it came to service and maintenance and I was beyond disappointed. I drove up to Ithaca after calling and being reassured any brake issues would be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and asking if there was a charge for my car to be looked at and was told no, only to be charged when I got there. The inner right brake pad was almost completely worn through while the other 3 were minimally worn. That was not just general wear. I voiced these concerns and was waived off because "we live in new york, that's just what happens to cars". After, not even seeing two complete winters, or 10k miles the one pad, and both rotars were in horrible shape for a car I purchased less than 8 months ago. The girl at the desk was pleasant and decent enough to tell me to get a second opinion and not get the work done there which I did not and I saved myself well over $300 so shes the sole reason I'm giving maguire two stars. Lesson learned, there is little to no benefit is purchasing a car with Maguire. More
