Two and a half hours for an oil change. Showed up for my 11:00 appointment and was told it might be awhile because everyone goes to lunch at 12. He did not try to pressure me to buy service for my car that I know I don't need (like many other car places do), and he seemed open and honest about everything. Your Nissan dealership took the time to check it out and after an extra long wait, (I was told about an hour....ended up being almost 3), I didn’t need an alignment after all. The service rep was very knowledgeable and excited about the new building...I will definitely chose this dealership to do my service when needed. More
