treated well, but During the pandemic, it took WEEKS for them to finally answer their phone and schedule my service (they never did call me back...). But I am annoyed that I scheduled service only to drive 45min and find that their only EV mechanic was out on leave and I had to re-schedule. Yes I finally got my service work done yesterday. Oh, and they reset my tire pressure to 33psi- when my car specifies 36psi. More
