I spent 2 hours waiting for my car inspection. Unacceptable amount of time for just an inspection! Old sticker and glue not completely removed before new one was put on. Looks terrible! The experience was frustrating to begin with. Took five phone calls before I was able to get a person on phone, this includes letting phone ring 25 times before hanging up one time. Tried three times to ge phone calls before I was able to get a person on phone, this includes letting phone ring 25 times before hanging up one time. Tried three times to get in contact with someone on status of repairs finally gave up and just drove to store. In store experience was satisfactory. Repairs were explained well including options for fixing things. Will not be bringing my vehicle back to that particular location agian in future. More
